I Slept Through the Haboob

Erica is in Phoenix for work this week. There was a massive sandstorm on Tuesday night. Erica was fast asleep by 9pm and missed the whole thing. Although her room probably didn't give that great a vantage point any way.

The rental car looked like a mud pie the next morning.

Haboob is an Arabic word meaning phenomena. It is usually reserved for large sand storms in the Middle East. This storm was so large, it qualified as a Haboob. Many are calling it a 100 Year Storm.
