We’re going on 28 hours without power. We heard a loud pop yesterday morning so we think a transformer blew.

Charging up at Cori & Bob’s down the street.  

Power’s supposed to be back on at 5pm.  This is the first time we’ve received an ETA, so we’re hopeful.

Trying new things: Goed Zuur - a sour beer and cheese restaurant.  Two of Erica’s favorite things.  

This is a butter flight.  It was awesome.  One was made from A2 Guernsey Milk from Wisconsin.  We were told this is the wagyu of milk.  There was also an English goat milk butter, a French butter, a cave aged butter with a lot of minerality (it tasted like licking a cave wall - in a good way, it was Chris’s favorite), a triple milk butter and a buffalo milk butter.
