I think they call a Moose Selfie a Moofy.  I’m in Vail for meetings for a couple days.

Here’s the recipe.  We made double and the cakes were baked in a springform pan and then stacked.

First Big Haul

We picked cherries tonight!  It was the first real harvest we’ve had.

Happy 4th!

We have been organizing and doing a major purge at the McCasa this holiday weekend.  We snuck out to one of our favorite spots for some good food and beer.
