This past weekend we did not do a darn thing, and it was really nice!
Sunday night we finally saw the Sex and the City movie. Chris hated it.
Erica finished up her summer classes today.
That is all - we are pretty boring these days and Erica kinda likes it that way. She is resting up for the start of fall classes which is August 21.

Finished
Shed, Day 2
We got a late start yesterday, mostly because we were debating how we were going to anchor it. I ordered an anchoring kit, but it consisted of giant augers with I-bolts and cable that went over the top of the shed. In the end, we decided to anchor the foundation directly to the slab. Today we have the roof and doors to do and we should be done.

HH at KCP&L
Last night I met Libby and Christina for Happy Hour at the new Power and Light District.
Here we are at the PBR Big Sky Cowboy Bar. They have a mechanical bull in the middle of the bar.

Revisión del producto de consumo
Erica and I were browsing the liquor store last weekend and we just couldn't pass up the chance to try Chelada. Bud Light, Clamato, salt, and lime. Yumm!?!? I guess there could be worse ways to get your daily dose of vegetables. It was interesting, and I managed to choke my half down, but I think I'll stick to coffee on Sunday mornings.

We tried to hike on the hottest day of the year.
Despite the fact that we were up at 7:30 this morning, we got a late start to the day. We set out on Greyrock Trail at 11:30 - it was HOT, in the 90's.

Bye Bye Eunice
Chris was VERY nervous this morning when Erica cut his hair for the first time. I think Erica is going to replace his usual hair lady, Eunice. Before the next cut, we will have to get the clipper blades oiled. We figure we are saving $180 a year this way. If Chris started cutting Erica's hair, we would save $480 a year. But, we aren't ready to go there just yet :)
